F1: Verstappen repeats quit threat
Days after claiming that he will remain in F1, Max Verstappen appears to have had a change of heart. 'Will I stay or will I go?' sang The Clash, and that, so it would seem, appears to be the questioning playing on Max Verstappen's mind right now. The Dutchman's change of heart isn't so much about a Sprint that saw him finish seventh, having endured a 'lonely' half-hour, but more about the uncertainty over the rules moving forward. 'If it stays like this, it's going to be a long year next year, which I don't want,' he told reporters, referring to the failure to agree on a 60/40 split between ICE and electric energy next year.
