F1 top dog emerges as Honda issue worrying statement

Charles Leclerc ended pre-season testing by becoming the only driver to dip into the 1m 31s, making Ferrari the top dogs across the three tests ahead of the opening round in Australia. Aston Martin's nightmare worsened after Lance Stroll was restricted to just six laps, with Honda having released a statement confirming it was low on spare parts.
