Brown floats ‘cool’ idea to add ‘another dimension’ to F1

In a sport already defined by razor-thin margins and high-stakes strategies, Brown believes there’s room for something old to feel thrillingly new again: refuelling. It’s a proposal that will likely divide opinion, poking at nostalgia, safety concerns and the modern identity of Formula 1 all at once.
